Description
Experience both Wildlife & Culture in the same day!
Leave behind the hustle and bustle of the city and journey into the gently rolling countryside of the KwaZulu Natal Midlands to one of our best kept secrets, Tala Game Reserve!
Tala, a privately owned Eco Estate, has a charm all its own; teaming with bird life, magnificent ‘Plains Game’ and a family of Hippos which are extremely rare in this area! After enjoying a leisurely game drive in a closed vehicle we make our way back towards Durban through the Valley of a Thousand Hills. A stop for a light lunch at one of the local restaurants will be made on route.
In the valley we find the Zulu Cultural village Phezulu. Here you will be immersed in the fascinating culture and traditions of a proud Zulu Nation; have the opportunity to interact with the villagers and purchase traditional and modern souvenirs.
